I was hired to produce, shoot, and edit a series of videos intended to recruit home caregivers and health aides to participate in a CUNY Sociology study about their working conditions, along with my collaborator Emily Packer. Because home caregivers don't work in a centralized workplace, study recruitment took place across multiple social media platforms. I cast actors matching the demographics of home caregivers in selected geographical regions, shot the videos in English, Spanish, and Tagalog, and edited variations in multiple aspect ratios for various social media platforms.
